Question 1

How do I create a guild?

Accepted Answer

Hit “Continue with Discord”, choose “create a guild”, then enter your TAG and server number. Your guild is created instantly: no form, no manual approval.

Question 2

How do I join my guild?

Accepted Answer

Open the invite link your officers share (the code is already filled in), or ask them to send one with /invite on Discord. Enter your UID and an officer approves you in one click, from the app or directly in Discord.

Question 3

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. It runs in any browser, on mobile and PC. Nothing to download.

Question 4

Is my guild's data isolated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every guild is strictly isolated: your rosters and plans stay between you and your officers. No cookies, no analytics, no ads.

Question 5

What does the Discord bot do?

Accepted Answer

It's connected to the same account as the app. Players check and update their stats, set their timezone, follow their challenges and declare absences. Officers set up the server with /setup-server, invite with /invite, rally with /call-to-arms and handle verifications. The bot also verifies new members from a profile screenshot, gives them the [TAG] role, renames them and posts automatic event reminders.

Question 6

How does the video scan work?

Accepted Answer

Record yourself scrolling through the list in game (up to 5 minutes) and upload it. The AI reads every player, fixes names, recognizes R1–R4 ranks and filters out anyone outside your guild. It checks that nobody is missing and tells you which rank is short. If something doesn't add up, nothing is saved and you get the exact row to fix.

Question 7

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every feature, for every guild, forever. €0.

Question 8

Our guild changed its TAG. Do we start over?

Accepted Answer

No. Change the TAG in the tool: members, scores, events and invite links follow.
